Louis F. DeVicchio, Founder & President of
DeVicchio & Associates Realty, Inc.
has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 40 years.
Prior to his founding of DeVicchio & Associates, Inc. in 1983, Mr. DeVicchio worked as leasing agent with the largest privately owned mall developer for six years negotiating lease agreements and renewals with national, regional, and local retailers. Subsequently, Mr. DeVicchio was hired at Developers Diversified, as Vice President and Director of Leasing, a position he held for eleven years. Mr. DeVicchio trained and supervised a staff of leasing agents and developed and managed commercial property throughout the United States, ranging from small shopping centers to
and including regional enclosed malls. Since 1983 Mr. DeVicchio has actively built, owned, developed, and managed shopping centers throughout Ohio.
Attorney Matthew L. DeVicchio, Vice President of DeVicchio & Associates Realty, Inc. has worked as Vice President, General Counsel, and Director of Leasing, negotiating lease agreements and renewals with national, regional and local retailers. Mr. DeVicchio is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida and also holds an Ohio and Florida real estate license. Mr. DeVicchio brings a wealth of experience in handling all forms of real estate transactions. Mr. DeVicchio focuses on the preparation and negotiations of retail, office and industrial facility leases, land sales and acquisitions, and advice on all real estate and property management issues on behalf of developers, landlords and tenants. Mr. DeVicchio has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is personally responsible for all managed accounts, including overseeing all of the day-to-day property management issues, along with training and supporting the property management team.
